The project is being built on a 4050 m2 parcel of land and it will comprise of only 3 residential blocks, each with six stories and 76 apartments. The site is located on Istanbul’s European side, in “Kagithane,” which is considered the city’s core district. Many Universities (Atlas University – Istanbul Technical University – Beykent University – Nişantaş University) and retail malls (Vadi Istanbul – Skyland – Axis – Stinye Park – Cevahir Mall – Kanyon Mall – Zorlu Center) are close to the project. The “Seyrantepe” Metro station is only 1.5 km away from the project.

The project is believed to be in a family friendly and peaceful neighborhood even though it is located near the international “TEM” highway on a hill with a panoramic view of the famous “Belgrad” forest and the state forest.

In March of 2023, the project will be completed.
